Vitamin B-12

Vitamin B-12 is a water soluble vitamin that is important for the health of your red blood cells, nerve health, and brain function. 13 Since vitamin B-12 is required for the metabolism of all cells in the body, it’s fair to say it’s important for human health. Vitamin B-12 deficiency can cause a plethora of negative health effects such as depression, fatigue, poor memory, and many more. 14 Vitamin B-12 appears to support many underlying functions that enable your body to produce healthy hair, but there’s not much specific evidence that shows Vitamin-12 to directly enhance hair health.

Pantothenic Acid
