Let me take a moment to introduce myself and tell you a bit about me and my story, why I created this website, and more about the 6PackFastTrack.com mantra (…hint FitN.E.S.S.)
A bit about me
I’m not going to bore you with my life story, consider this the birdeye view…
I’ve been an athlete for the better part of my life in one way or another – with the exception of a few years when things got ugly for me.
I’m an Indiana boy (born and raised in a small town you’ve likely never heard of) so naturally from a young age I took a liking to basketball… (you know, Hoosiers!)
I did play other sports at various levels throughout my youth such as football, track & field, cross country, and more… but basketball was my “main sport” growing up all through high school.
By the time I got to college, my passion for playing organized sports fizzled out and I began focusing more on academics to secure a rewarding career path. My college years were also the first time in my life I was free to “do what I wanted” so I started focusing on workouts to build muscle and burn fat for the purpose of improving my physical appearance (I know typical young 20’s guy behavior, right?) as opposed to pursuing the pro-athlete roadmap that rarely works out…
Fast forward a few years, I graduated college, and abruptly found myself “in the real world” punching in to a standard 9-5 cubicle job in my early/mid 20’s – and this is where things started to get ugly….
I found it a lot more difficult to find the time and energy to workout after long days at work… gone were the college days where I could just pop in the gym between classes and always be on my feet staying active doing something in one way or another most hours of the day.
With my new found obligation of having to spend darn near my entire day sitting in a computer chair 5 days per a week I started to “lose my health” quickly.
Within a year I could see and feel the effects my lack of activity had caused to my body, and within two years, I had lost the majority of muscle I ever had and there was a layer of fat covering my body.
To put it simply, I basically became “skinny-fat” from my lack of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and supplementation.
Then one day, I decided it was time for a change…
…and maybe as you’re reading this, you’re making that exact same decision today.
I realized if I didn’t correct course soon, my health was just going to get worse and worse until I ended up “completely letting myself go”.
So I started trying ALL KINDS of different fitness programs, diets, and supplements…
It took me a while, but eventually I made this transformation:

To make a long story short, over the course of my life as an “athlete gone 9-5 corporate slave” and back, I’ve seen it all, and along the way I’ve learned quite a bit about what works and what simply doesn’t.
The 6PackFastTrack.com mantra is FitN.E.S.S. which stands for – Get Fit via Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, and Supplementation.
I’d like to believe I’m the first one to coin that term too (I tried searching all over the ‘net after I first thought of it and I don’t see it anywhere!)
As far as I’m concerned if you want to get fit you need to focus on these 4 things, in this order: Nutrition, then Exercise, then Sleep, then finally top it all off with Supplementation!
I think often times people get it all mixed up thinking supplements are the most important factor, and nutrition is the LAST thing they’d resort to tinkering with to get real fitness results!
Again, 6 Pack Fast Track revolves completely around the concept of Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, and Supplementation.
Our purpose and goal is to point you in the right direction in relation to programs, products, and systems that are available in the marketplace to strip away body fat and make you look and feel your best.
